Returns Policy
A refund or exchange requires a receipt or packing slip. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds will be made to the credit card used in the original transaction. Clearance merchandise is non-refundable. You can return merchandise to the Pro Shop with the receipt or packing slip. No refund without a receipt or the packing slip. You can return by mail, return shipping is at your expense. The Pro Shop is not liable for lost or damaged packages. Use a traceable, insured method of shipping. Include with the return a confirmation email or order details. If you don’t have this include a note with your name, email address, phone number and order number. Refund can be delayed if we can’t identify the original purchase.

- Free shipping on orders over $100 before tax for the 48 states; special shipments for Alaska and Hawaii.
- Orders will be shipped using UPS or USPS.
- Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays.
